I would like more photos an item. Can you send me more photos?

We are happy to send you additional photos any item(s) you would like. Please contact us via message or email with details.

I really like one item but I can't buy it now. Can I reserve it?

Yes, we can reserve for you, free of charge, one or more items for 7 days. You can contact us for that. If we do not get any news from you after the 7 days, the item will be back online.

Do I have to pay some taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery

General information about our delivery service with FedEx or UPS.

We use FedEx & UPS service for delivery and we need a valid phone number in order to send your packtage.
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. Please, contact us quickly with a picture of the item.

Also if you gave us a wrong address or one with a mistake, Reship charge 17$ to updated it or change it.
We will ask you to cover this expense.

In some rare case, FedEx might also applied a Remote Area Surcharge. We will inform you if your destination requires a remote area surcharge when calculating your quote. If you don't want to pay the surcharge we can arrange an alternative city address, if possible. Otherwise we also offer you to cancel your order and get a full refund.

Where and how long does it take for an order to be shipped out and to reach me?

It takes 4-5 days after an order has been placed for it to be shipped out. We ship from Japan as are main home is there. Sometimes we also ship from USA.

How can I track my package and what to do if a delivery doesn't arrive?

We will send you a tracking number for you to track your package.
If you are worries that your order doesn't arrived yet you can send us a message and we may have additional information for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

For order cancellation, please contact us within 6h of placing your order; orders cannot be cancelled after being shipped out.

We hope you are happy with your items.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Before returning any item, please contact us and we will give you more information on the return process.

You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days or more have passed since the delivery date we cannot offer you a refund.
Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping for all returns must be trackable and insured by you as you are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.

If we received the item in it original condition, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchange

We do not offer any exchange as our products are one of a kind.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If an item arrived damaged, please send us a picture of the problem, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
